I have lived and worked in the Triad for 14 years. I call North High Point home. I have 3 children, two of whom are still in HS. I specialize in working with sellers who are upsizing or downsizing , and are also my buyers. My expertise is in making this transaction go seamlessly so my clients can easily close on one home and move into their new home in a stress free manner. I also work with first time buyers, and am able to find a way for you to get into a new home with little to no money out of pocket at closing. My job is to be advocate for your best interests and to minimize stress. I handle all of your negotiations and transaction coordination to get us to the closing table on time!
