Tara has been a real estate professional for fifteen years. Before she became a licensed Realtor, she was employed by the largest builder in Richmond selling new construction homes. There she was named "Rookie of the Year" and received awards for Outstanding Customer Service. During her tenure she developed a thorough understanding of the construction process and an expertise in the issues involved in building a new home versus purchasing an existing home. Building a new home is a lengthy and tedious process. Yet, Tara never took anything for granted. Her attention to detail and compassion toward clients made her a great real estate professional! Her previous careers in marketing and information technology have given Tara the skills to market properties effectively in the information age. Although she was born and raised in Nebraska, Tara has called Richmond "home" for the past 20 years. Before settling here, she relocated to Seattle and New Jersey. Moving three times in a short period gave her a unique perspective on the challenges of relocation. Tara truly understands what her clients are going through when they have to leave everything they know to move to an unfamiliar city.
