Purchasing my home this past December was no easy feat. Tara remained by my side every step of the way! Let me tell you, she helped me with everything- I can’t express this enough. From helping me weigh my options in the beginning, to finding contractors, searching moving options- she was indispensable! Even now I contact her with questions and she is able to help. She is extremely reliable, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and proactive. She is also super friendly, funny, and easy to talk to. She kept me motivated, answered my questions in detail, and presented me with options so that I made the best informed decision. Without her I would not have made it through this process! Wow, what an experience! We invited Tara from Porter Plus Realty to talk to us about evaluating our desired to sell our home, which we were not too sure that we will sell it quickly. Tara assure us that she could help us sell the house in no time. Today we were talking and the next weekend we were talking about offers. I could not believed how quickly it was sold. Our buyers had some challenges that it made the process longer.
In the meantime we started looking at houses and immediately we found our new home. Thru this process Tara was of great help and very professional about it. Thank you Tara for helping us thru this process, and today we are at our new home enjoying a shorter work commute. Looking forward to party in our new home.
