My Wife and I would definitely recommend Tara as their agent for
selling property in the Port Charlotte (Florida) area. Being out of state but owning property in Port Charlotte, we were not familiar with what to do. Tara walked us through the listing process and sent us the necessary forms, etc. to complete. She researched and investigated all the details needed for us to list our property, forms to sign, and gave regular updates of potential buyers. Mainly, Tara was able to market and sell our two properties at above what we expected. She was able to work very quickly with the buyer, title company, and escrow officer; and arrange for a smooth closing process. Many thanks to her - and her team.

Tara was absolutely phenomenal during our house buying process! Without her, we would very likely still be looking for a home. She was 100% on point and on top of her game! We were thinking initially outbid on our home, but when the other offer fell through, she went as far as to immediately put our bid back in and let us know it was back on the market before we ever knew we had a shot at our house again!
