Tara helped my husband and I find and purchase our first home in 2016. We found ourselves overwhelmed with buying our first house and was extremely happy that we found Tara to guide us through the process. Six years later, we decided to sell our home and needless to say we wanted Tara's expertise and guidance. She is direct, patient, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. She was always responsive on any questions or concerns we had (and we had a lot!). There's a high number of realtors out there, but if you want quality service then you should reach out to Tara!

Tara was an extremely friendly, knowledgeable and efficient realtor to work with in the sale of our family home during one of the most difficult times in our lives. She was very responsive and seemed to always be working around the clock to answer all of my questions and concerns. As a seller, I encountered many issues in the sale of our home (none of which were her fault) but she always challenged me to look at the positive outcome as well as made me aware of other possible scenarios should they have arrived. Her thoughts and perspectives were very encouraging and we finally sold. She made this experience 100 times better than it could have been given our circumstances and I cannot wait to continue to use her as my realtor for future property prospects. I don’t usually leave a comment, but I felt I had to leave one regarding Tara. I haven’t sold a house in over 20 years, so I was kinda of nervous to get the ball rolling. I researched realtors for several weeks and ended up choosing Tara to represent us in selling our home of 15 years. After the initial phone call with Tara, I knew that I had chosen the perfect realtor. Tara came to our house and pointed out several things to take care of (de-cluttering was the big one); she had us to get a pre-listing inspection, which told us what we needed to repair and give us a heads up on possible problems we may encounter. After several weeks de-cluttering and making minor repairs, the big day was here. Tara helped with the staging of our house and then she brought in a professional photographer to take the glamour shots. We took a weekend vacation (Fri-Sun) and left the home to Tara. After marketing our home for a week before the listing date; we had 26 showings on Fri-Sat, then around 12 offers by Sunday. 75% of the offers were above the listing price. We have since sold the home and moved on- all of this wouldn’t have been possible without a realtor that strategically marketed our home and walked us through everything we needed to do to make this possible. This is also a realtor that will stay in communications with you; return all calls and text messages. Thanks again Tara for helping us sell our home in less than 3 days.

Tara was always available for questions. She listened to what we wanted in a home. We were moving from out of state, so while the house was being build she would go take pictures and would send them to us so we could see the progress of the house. Where do we even begin? Tara was such a godsend as we navigated our cross-country move to a new city to start our post-military life. We connected with her via Facebook before we even arrived in Jacksonville and she was so helpful, even then. She was very knowledgeable when it came to more desirable/not so desirable areas of town, school district information, etc. She was so thorough in finding a long list of homes for us to look at once we made it to Florida. Tara is an excellent realtor. She was really patient with us (we took a LONG time to choose a home) and helped us narrow down our choices. When we finally chose a home, she was great ADVOCATE on our behalf. She negotiated a better deal for us and helped us know the right questions to ask.
