Tara Morawski

Representing homeowners, future homeowners and real estate investors, Tara is committed to listening to her clients’ needs and utilizing her keen negotiating skills to ensure a successful transaction. Having lived the first half of her life in the Inland Empire and the second half in Orange County, she has extensive knowledge of different areas within Southern California. Her experience in property management has also given her great success with residential leases and Tara has become a leasing agent specialist for both landlords and tenants. Tara began her professional career in commercial construction finance, and then transitioned into residential construction where she was a project manager for several years. This background has given her a unique perspective on real estate that has benefited her clients.

An active mother of three, Tara is very involved with her children’s school and has sat on the Executive Board for Oxford Preparatory Academy’s Honour Society for three years. She is also an Autism advocate and volunteers for organizations such as Talk About Curing Autism (TACA) and Autism Speaks. This year she will celebrate 21 years of marriage to her husband Michael.
