Tara Rodgers

As a highly experienced and recognized real estate consultant, Tara Rodgers-Culbertson is leading her Compass Santa Monica team through continued growth in this key Westside market. With a strong attraction to coastal communities and a belief in establishing a collaborative culture and commitment to the community, Tara has always been drawn to real estate and the impact it can have when clients achieve their end goals.

For over a decade, Tara has worked diligently with clients all over the Westside of Los Angeles to find their absolute dream homes, prioritizing what lifestyle benefits mean the most to them incorporating their financial needs and balancing her marketing tools, knowledge, and high-level expertise to achieve success.

Prior to joining Compass, Tara was a realtor on the Westside for more than 10 years. Before making her transition into real estate, Tara worked as a Senior Account Executive at a top regional lifestyle magazine, PaperCity Magazine, managing home, design, fashion, and real estate advertising accounts in the San Francisco Bay Area. She then moved to Warnaco Inc., an American clothing/textile corporation to work with the corporation's private label sales division in Los Angeles.

Originally from Northern Ireland, Tara has lived in California for most of her life. In 2003, she graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, International Relations. Tara is fluent in Spanish and enjoys running, hiking, and spending time with friends and family. She currently resides on the Westside with her husband and two children.
