Tarrah and I connected back in September when I needed to sell my home in Ramona. She was extremely helpful with her knowledge of the local area and explaining all the steps in the transaction. I needed my home to be sold as quick as possible do to my circumstances and I felt comfortable with Tarrah handling my negotiations. Once my home was listed she worked hard at advertising and finding a buyer - newspaper and online ads, open houses, and even adding it to the local caravan. We closed escrow within 50 days of listing the home with Tarrah's help. I recommend her to all my friends and family.
