Tarran Craver earned her real estate license in July of 2015 and started her career with Coldwell Banker Realty – Alpharetta office. She quickly became a top producing agent and was named rookie of the year for Coldwell Banker Realty Atlanta. From 2017 through 2024 she was partner in a top performing duo team. She has been with Coldwell Banker Realty since November of 2022.

Tarran’s portfolio of closed transactions ranges from Canton to Winder to Virginia Highlands with a concentration of business is in the Alpharetta, Johns Creek, Milton and Cumming areas. Tarran has had multiple careers over the course of her adult life. She graduated from Mizzou with an Atmospheric Science degree and worked for the National Weather Service as a meteorologist and service hydrologist. Her second career was in education. She earned her certification and Master of Education in Multiple and Severe Disabilities from Georgia State University and worked for Fulton County Schools for almost seven years. As a realtor she combines the skill sets of both careers to serve her clients in a unique way. She manages the real estate transaction analytically while educating her clients so they can make the best decision to meet their needs. She prioritizes listening to her clients and putting their goals first. She is fully dedicated to her clients and takes pride in personally guiding her clients through every step of the process.

She and her husband have lived in Alpharetta since 2000. Exceptional schools, access to the Big Creek Greenway, proximity to multiple Chattahoochee River National Recreation Areas, shopping, and entertainment are all reasons why so many people choose the Atlanta North Metro area to call home. They have two adult children, Morgan and Addison, and they both graduated from Alpharetta High School and the University of South Carolina.
