About Tarran
Our Mission is to provide integrity, excellence and professionalism. One client at a time. One transaction at a time.
Meet Tarran: My husband and I have lived in North Fulton for 18 years and it has been a fabulous area in which to raise our family. Exceptional schools, access to The Big Creek Greenway, proximity to multiple Chattahoochee River National Recreation Areas, shopping, and entertainment are all reasons why so many people choose the Atlanta North Metro area to call home. We have two children, Morgan and Addison, and they graduated from Alpharetta High School . Both attend the University of South Carolina where Morgan is a senior and in his free time a volunteer fire fighter for Richland County Columbia South Carolina. Addison is a sophomore.
Like so many adults I have had multiple careers over the course of my adult life. I graduated from Mizzou with a B.S. in Atmospheric Science and worked for the National Weather Service as a meteorologist and service hydrologist. My second career was in education. I received my certification and Master of Education in Multiple and Severe Disabilities from Georgia State University and worked for Fulton County Schools for almost seven years. As a REALTOR® I combine the skill sets of both careers to serve my clients in a unique way. I manage the real estate transaction analytically while educating my clients so they can make the best decision to meet their needs. As a former special education teacher my level of patience, calm demeanor, and exceptional communication skills are second to none when negotiating a real estate transaction. I look forward to being your REALTOR®!
Meet Leslie: Dorothy must have been on to something when she coined the phrase "there's no place Like home.” Doesn’t that pretty much sum up how most of us feel about that special place where you can just be yourself, kick off your shoes and relax? I can't think of anyone who doesn't want a place to call their own. Georgia has been a place I've called home for over 31 years which has provided me with great insight into Atlanta market. I am personally familiar with what Atlanta has to offer ranging from restaurants to shops and most importantly schools. I’ve been a buyer and seller in this market through multiple transactions of my own, including the management of my own investment properties. These experiences have provided me with insight into the specifics involved in a sale and purchase. I have personally attended area public schools and I received my Bachelor’s degree in Special Education at Georgia Southern University. My previous work experience was with special needs students and teachers in Dekalb and Fulton County Schools. This experience provided me with an inside perspective on what those area systems have to offer. Additionally, my children are attending two of the top South Forsyth schools in the district. This gives me a unique understanding on the needs of the family. I pride myself on being loyal, conscientious and following the principle of "The Golden Rule". There is no question that is too big or too small; if I don't know the answer I'll find it for you. Let me take care of the details so you can enjoy the experience. After all, this moment is all about you and shouldn’t every client be treated Like a VIP? So whether you’re looking to buy your dream home, an investment property or making a location change; make a decision you won’t regret and let me guide you in finding “a place” you can treasure and call “home.”
