We moved from a Condominium in Fremont, CA to a Single Family Home (SFH) in Union City and Taruna has been representing us since the last 3 years. Working with Taruna is easy as she is very meticulous with understanding the requirements and makes herself available to respond to all questions. Timing the market is always talked about and it is easier said than done – With a looming recession and signs of a dipping market, she was tasked with selling our condominium and with purchasing a new SFH property. Her qualities that make her stand out are assertive communication, impeccable networking, utmost propriety and extremely resourcefulness. She went out of her way, negotiated with several seller’s agents and presented our case to the seller’s before the properties came onto the market and we were lucky to call one of those our new home. In addition, she recommended key upgrades and renovations, helped us sell our condominium for above asking price in a somewhat sluggish and declining market and got us few months of rent-back.
Lastly, there is a lot of work behind the scenes to pull it off and she manages all of it with perfection (Savvy, Proactive and Honest). We highly recommend Taruna for any home purchases!

We are very glad that we were introduced to Taruna through a friend who had a good experience purchasing a home. Our requirement was specific and challenging and Taruna helped us navigate through the many challenges helping us purchasing home we wanted and also in selling our home. What we truly appreciate with Taruna is her transparency with everything and also working through our interests and needs.

Taruna’s experience definitely helped us get the home we wanted in the price window we were comfortable with and sell our home at a reasonable price. Taruna was available for every question we had and was very patient with every question we had as first time sellers. Very rarely you meet someone and click instantly, specially when that someone is going to be your agent and help you buy a home in this crazy bay area market. Being first time home buyers in bay area we had some not so good experience with past agents and had stopped our search for our dream home in this bay area completely, and fortunately we came to know about Taruna. Being a homeowner and buying/selling houses in the past 20 years in the Bay area, Taruna is one of the best realtors we have ever had. She helped us find a good investment property. We met Taruna with reference from a friend. We were searching for a home for past two years and it was a struggle. Met Taruna two months back. It was easy for our family to discuss our financial situation with her and she always tried to mind our financial condition while searching for the house. She planned the visits to houses in such a way to optimize the travel and she was very well aware of our kids. Never showed impatience even though we were late a few times. She found the best loan agent for us and we could never match the interest rate(with anyone else) from her recommended loan agent. Her negotiation with the seller agent was strategic and made sure we got the house. She was more of a close friend to us than just a real estate agent. I would endorse her as the go to person if you are serious about buying a house. And yes ,we only spend less than 2 months to close our dream home :) .

We worked with Taruna to find our dream home, in a market that was very challenging for buyers. What we really appreciated was that Taruna’s authentic and trustworthy style. She was never pushy and shared her honest feedback on each property we saw. We strongly felt she was watching out for our interests and truly understood what we were looking for. Taruna spent a lot of time understanding our requirements and took time to explain the various steps involved in Purchasing a home. Although this was not our first purchase, there were lot of area specific details and she patiently answered all our questions multiple times. We were on the other Coast and the pandemic waves did not make it easy for us to travel, but she very expertly managed the whole process and guided us without adding any pressure. In addition, we had a very tight schedule as we had to move Coast to Coast and also had International travel plans and she kept on top of all the details and managed all the folks (lenders, escrow, agents etc.) in the process well and delivered the keys on time. Taruna is very empathetic, thoughtful and knowledgeable and she is very well connected to the different players in the process. We had a very positive experience working with Taruna and would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase (or even sell) a home in the Bay Area.

Taruna was introduced to us at an event in a relative’s place and we’ve been in touch since then. We worked with Taruna for more than a year before we could find “the right home” at the “right location”. Taruna has been really patient with us. She understands very well how a normal person’s mindset fluctuates to buy a single family home in this crazy Bay Area housing market. During the home-buying process, We were stuck by a Tesla solar PPA lease and we almost decided to back-off from the accepted offer. Taruna negotiated very well with the seller’s agent despite the language-barrier issue on the seller’s side and eventually helped us in getting a paid-off solar lease and that seemed like a real deal we got for the house. Not only that, she has a strong network with necessary contacts in the home buying/selling process that was really useful for us. One specific thing to mention, when we went back and forth about getting the right rate with the right bank for the mortgage, the loan officer she put us in touch with helped us move through the loan process with so much ease. We strongly recommend Taruna to buy your dream home!
