Tarun has been very informative, friendly, transparent and extremely helpful in our home buying process. He always has been prompt in answering all of our questions before and even after the closing. TK helped us find a perfect home! It was a delight working with him. We saw approximately 50 houses with TK and he always extremely patient. He would keep our needs in mind while suggesting the listings. He is also punctual which is always a pleasure. While seeing the houses he made sure to provide his expert opinion, which mattered a lot as we are first time home buyers.
Additionally, he shared contacts of so many other people along the process of buying the house, which made the whole process of buying the house so effortless. It was indeed a pleasure working with him.

I worked with Tarundeep Kalra “TK” to purchase my first home, and I had a truly wonderful experience!

After an extensive home search of 8 months and losing out on multiple home offers with another agent in the competitive DMV market, I decided to work with TK to close on the home that met our needs. I am happy to say that TK GOT IT DONE!

When my dream home popped up on the market in September ’21, I didn't think I stood a chance to get it without offering way over asking price.
TK recommended that I go tour it and assisted me in drafting an offer that was within my budget yet competitive. To my surprise, we got the house! TK then helped draft the necessary documents and also connected me with the right lender that could ensure I got the lowest rate possible.

As the buying process continued, I never felt overwhelmed because TK answered all my questions in layman’s terms and guided me throughout the process. I felt like he was always looking out for me and helped me identify / negotiate with the seller on appraisals, repairs, and ad-hoc documents clarifications.

TK made sure I closed on time and I would recommend him to all my family and friends!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed working with Tarun Kalra. He was the BEST realtor we could have hoped for. Being first-time home buyers, we were very new to the process and he explained everything thoroughly and he was always prompt to answer any questions. We have nothing but good things to say about our experience with Mr. Trundle Kalra a.k.a TK. My husband and I decided to purchase our first home after 1 year of marriage. We did try another realtor company which was a disaster and not to mention all of the stress it caused us as newly weds. With the first realtor we had 6 month before our lease was up to move or else we would either renew or put our things in storage to stay with family until we found a home with what we could afford and all of the bells & whistles , WELL thank GOD we met TK right in the nick of time because we only had 48 days left to decided on the lease. Tk stepped right in with starting from scratch to put all of our paperwork together get us pre-approved, go out with us 7days a week none stop, in the rain, Hot 🔥sun, thunder storms it didn't matter to Tk, he never made us feel pressured or rushed, he took his time with us. He called us on a regular with any updates. after all of that we found our home that we love and most of all our memories with Tk laughter and bonding as if we knew each other for years. Tk stuck with us through it all and to this day he still check on us. We will never forget Tk and I'm sure others feel the exact same way. Tk is going to get the job done and especially in our crunch time lol he handle it to the very end. We moved in our New Home before our lease ran our. Tk you are the best ever. Hey guys TK is the man with the plan.
