Local Snohomish Real Estate Broker! Tate grew up in Snohomish and graduated from Snohomish High School. Upon graduating from Washington State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, she decided to move back to her home in Snohomish! She loves the historic elements of her town! Steeped in tradition, hometown spirit and quiet country living! She is the third generation in her family to step into Real Estate. She began working at Windermere's Snohomish office in her teens as the front desk receptionist. She learned a lot about the business as she processed the broker's transactions. Tate decided quickly that Real Estate was her passion.
