We had the pleasure of having Tatiana as our realtor two separate times this year along with her coworker Tony, and all I can say is I’m so thankful. Both of our transactions went incredibly smoothly, and I would say that was mostly due to our realtors’ knowledge and experience which kept us prepared for everything that came our way. They are great at communicating and keeping everyone up to date. Buying/selling a house is never thought of as an easy process but these two transactions were surprisingly easy. Thanks!

Tatiana helped me and my Wife Amanda purchase a home in placerville ca. Everything went wonderfully smooth! We then decided to sell our previous home we lived in. That’s when I was amazed at how well her marketing skills were. She had our house sold in 3 days on the market and above asking price!!! I could not have asked for more from Tatiana. Tatiana was there through the entire purchasing process to answer all my questions. Even when the sale was final, she continued to answer questions and offer assistance. I will be recommending her to everyone I know that is looking to buy or sell a house. I couldn't be happier about having Tatiana as our realtor. Tatiana was available, and helpful from minute one. When we would call with questions about a house, we never had to wait long before hearing back. She is open, honest, and up front about everything from day one. Although we haven't found our dream home yet, Tatiana continue to be patient with us and support every decision we make. I would recommend Tatiana to anyone wanting to buy or sell a home not only because she is very informative and professional but also because of much she loves what she does. First off thank you for all your time and the service we received.

We met Tony at an open house when we just had the idea of what we planned on doing (selling and buying). We had made no moves besides thinking about it. Tony took down our information and what we were looking for. The rest is history.

After meeting Tony and Tatiana they assured us they would help us through this journey and they did. They wanted what was best for us and didn't pressure us into anything. We were in good hands.  They helped us get our house ready to show and on the market. Even willing to scoop leaves out of the pool and mow the lawn. They referred us to many resources to help as well, including our lender,  a painter, and even some packers. We were ready in 2 weeks to go on the market. They held open houses every weekend until we accepted an offer. That was amazing. They were always there to answer our questions and even held weekly conferences calls to assure us of what was going on.

They were always on top of scheduling our house showings on our schedule.

When we moved into our new house, they sent cleaners to tidy up (very much appreciated)

The whole experience working with Tony and Tatiana was wonderful. They are genuine people and a hard-working team.

I will continue to recommend them to anyone who is looking for an amazing team of knowledgeable professionals to buy and/or sell their homes.

weeks ago, my wife and I along with our newborn baby and our two-year-old walked into an open and house and met Tatiana. We loved the house and told Tatiana we were interested. At that moment, we were nowhere near ready to buy a house. We had not sold the house we were currently living in-in fact it was not even on the market and we had no idea how to put a house on the market. We had not secured financing. All we really knew is that we liked the house. Tatiana took everything in stride. She walked us through step by step everything that we needed to do if we were going to get the house we wanted. The next day she came to our house and showed us what we needed to do to put our current house on the market. She connected us to a great lender to get financing. She connected us with landscapers, housecleaners, and movers. Within one week our house was on the market and we sold it after being on the market for 3 days. Tatiana ran a huge open house and we had multiple offers within days of our house being on the market. Tatiana helped us time everything so we could sell our old house and move into our new house all in a matter of days. Throughout the whole process Tatiana always communicated with us and explained all the many details that go into buying and selling a house-everything from appraisals, to inspections, to fees. I never felt like she was hiding anything from us or trying to push us to do something that was not good for our family. I really couldn’t have asked for a better experience and I actually miss our daily conference calls.”

Tatiana Bedoya and Tony Estigoy sold my house in Roseville after a month of being on the market. I had listed it in 2017 and 2018 with no success so decided to try another approach. They were immensely helpful in staging, getting beautiful photos taken, marketing the home, negotiating with the buyers. They always kept me up to date on the progress of the listing and the sale. Tatiana went over and above to find workers for repairs and negotiating with workers. They held open houses each weekend and gave me feedback each time there was an open house. We had a lot of obstacles with the financing for the buyer and they negotiated the struggles with style and professionalism.
