Our family recently moved to the US, and soon after, we began looking for options to purchase our new home. From the recommendation of our friends, we turned for assistance to a professional realtor – Tatiana Rayev, and her team of professionals: a mortgage broker - Sam, and a lawyer - Lima. Previously, I had experience buying and selling real estate and was always wary of realtors. Not this time. The professionalism and friendliness of all members of this fantastic team were on the highest possible level. Everyone on the team is an expert in their specific area. Tatiana, Sam, and Lima patiently guided us through the process and, as a result, helped us avoid unnecessary expenses and hassle. We saved both time and money. Inspired by a successful deal, we decided to purchase another property within 2 months – this time as a rental. The second purchase was as flawless as the first one. The team works as well as the Swiss watch. If we decide to buy another property in the future, we know where to go.

I would like to thank Tatiana Raev, whose work deserves the highest praise. Calm, tactful, she always keeps the client up to date, while not overloading with unnecessary information, that is not really needed if you trust the professional. And Tatiana is a high professional, she knows how to negotiate and always achieves results. Per our recommendation, family members and friends worked with Tatiana and everyone is very pleased with the work she has done. In my 27 years of living in the USA, and having repeated experiences of purchasing and selling houses, I have not met a better realtor.
