Tatum started her professional career in the non-profit and governmental sectors. She and her husband, Micah, built a new home together (they also co-own a construction company), renovated a home, and recently built another. They have also acquired, and currently manage, several residential properties in the downtown area. With these experiences in the family business, she decided to pursue her passion and become a full-time realtor. Tatum lives in a new construction home with her husband, daughter, son and two dogs in downtown's Herron Morton Place neighborhood. She previously resided in Windsor Park on the near east side, and in the Old Northside! She enjoys a delightful home renovation project and loves helping her clients reimagine their space to meet their ideal layout and aesthetic. In her spare time, Tatum enjoys drinking coffee, exploring local restaurants, traveling, decorating, and walking around her neighborhood. She is also a big Notre Dame fan (Go Irish!) Tatum loves to share her extensive knowledge of new construction, historic renovation, and investment opportunities to educate and empower her clients.
