Tatyana is a beautiful real estate agent. She is professional, courteous, and looks out for the interest of her clients. When I was looking for a property, she identified listings that matched my interest and budget. She also thoroughly examined the quality of the properties and flagged any issues or potential issues about a property and its market potential in the future. Tatyana Lara assisted us in looking for our first home in 2021. She was very knowledgeable about the market, the process, and was able to answer all of our questions. She listened to our wants and was able to deliver. She also made us aware of a number homes before they hit the market. As a bonus, she's licensed in DC, MD, and VA, so we weren't confined working with her in only one area. Overall, she was a pleasure to work with and I definitely would recommend her to anyone I know who's looking for a realtor.

Tatyana understand the needs of military and Veteran families!!!!Tatyana, was the BEST realtor we could have hoped for. She went above and beyond. Tatyana is a true professional. She is very responsive to emails, texts, and calls. She knows the business inside and out , which is very helpful in this difficult buying market where any mistake will result in your bid not being considered. Tatyana worked constantly to set up property walk throughs that matched our needs in the area we wanted to buy. She prepared and submitted bids extremely quick, which is critical in this market. Once we secured our property, Tatyana was very proactive in getting us all the proper documentation and guided us step by step through the closing. My wife and I are very pleased and thankful for all of the hard work Tatyana put in on our behalf. She really went above and beyond to help us secure our home.

Tatyana is an amazing agent. Despite the competitive market, we were able to find a place to call home within weeks-- which she identified. I have never worked with someone who is so responsive-- she will literally drop everything to satisfy her clients. During escrow, we encountered a few bumps in the road.
