Tavaris was FANTASTIC during our home buying process. We were in the middle of the housing market wars and he was a fighter! His negotiating skills are impressive! He also had amazing patience during that time showing us around. We have happily found our forever home while working with Tavaris and would recommend him to ANYONE looking for a home!

Tavaris was a great asset in the buying journey. He remained engaged from the search through the close. He listened to our needs and crafted the viewings considering what he learned about us. He waded through the closing challenges and endured some personal obstacles. We experienced probably the worst closing situations, seemed like a never ending set of challenges but he kept a positive focus and helped drive us through the finish line. Tavaris is professional, excellent communicator and goes above and beyond. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a property.

Tavaris was instrumental to my home buying process, understanding the probably somewhat niche desires I had. The home I wound up buying was one he found and suggested. He was punctual and readily available for any questions or concerns, responding quickly any time we needed to reach him. Our particular experience had several extremely uncommon roadblocks... Tavaris handled them professionally and ushered us through everything! I absolutely recommend working with Tavaris, he will be my go-to suggestion for friends and family.
