I am DEFINITELY going to give Tavis 5 stars, we closed on a house in less than a month (at least it felt like that) and he was with me every step of the way. He is excellent at communicating everyday what needs to get done (whether it was getting documentation ready or signing documents for him). He also keeps up with your lender extremely well by communicating with them frequently. He was very knowledgeable of the homes in alabama and the different styles of architecture. He told me we would close on a house in 30 days and he meant it.

If you are trying to buy or sell a house in Huntsville AL, Tavis is your person. Don’t miss out on your dream home working with the wrong person. Tavis does not let anything get past him. He is available all the time and he knows the right people in the business to make things happen. He gave us so much advice on how to sell our house and putting in the best offers to get our dream home! Seriously call him first!

Tavis helped me buy a house for my mother recently. I needed to see a house and he made it happen the same day. There were multiple bids on this house and he really helped guide us so we were able to win the offer. Once we were under contract he helped guide us every step of the way. He was always available to take my calls or text me back. I highly recommend Tavis for real estate needs and will be using him again in the future.
