Looking back on my professional career, all my positions have been in the customer service realm. This is because I truly enjoy helping folks and have a servant's heart. Here is a little bit about where I came from and where I am today.
As most of us do, I have vast experience in quite a few different fields. I started out in a small-town burger bar/restaurant as a waitress and cook. From there I became a grocery clerk, working my way up to ordering products for the store. As I had a family, I discovered that I needed a more family friendly schedule so I went into the banking world starting as a teller, then a teller supervisor and then to a loan officer. Spent some time at home after the birth of my 3rd child and then ventured back into office type employment with several companies.
A major challenge, I began a 17 plus year working my way up from office assistant to a safety officer and interim risk manager. I throw myself wholeheartedly into any career I have chosen, or that has chosen me, learning all I can from the bottom up.
Being a mother to 3 children, while working full time, was a challenge. Talk about needing to be a master of time management and budget! My children are adults now. My boys are both military Veterans and had multiple deployments. What a terrifying time, though I could not be prouder that they chose to serve our country. My daughter works for a mobile dog grooming service and is doing great. I am also the proud Nana to 2 exceptional grandchildren, one girl and one boy.
All the life experience I have garnered, has brought me to this point in my professional career. It feels perfectly right to use all my skills and experiences in the pursuit of helping my clients reach their real estate goals.
I am a certified Senior Real Estate Specialist. What this means to you is that I have had specialized training which allows me to better assist our senior community members with real estate transactions.
Also, I am a certified Accredited Buyer's Representative. What this means to you is that I have specialized training in helping buyers with their transactions. Whether you are a first-time buyer or have had multiple transactions, the purchase of property can be an overwhelming experience. I have the expertise to be able to help you navigate your transaction to a successful completion, allowing you to meet your goals and the goals of your family.
