Taylor Cohee

Over the past two decades, Taylor has been directly responsible for over 2 billion dollars in residential real estate sales and acquisitions while expanding the communication methods and technical engagement between companies and their clients. As a member of the Ryder Homes team, Taylor is responsible for the in-house sales and marketing efforts, in addition to being the managing broker for Ryder Homes' in-house CA and NV brokerage, Ryder Homes Realty, Inc.

Before joining Ryder Homes, Taylor was the vice president of sales and marketing for Pacific West Companies, an attached home developer, and most recently, the managing broker for McKinley Partners' in-house brokerage, Yellow Door Realty.

Taylor is a licensed real estate broker in California (BRE# 01880595) and Nevada (RED# 1001439). He studied marketing at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, and received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Nevada, Reno.
