We have been in our new home for a month that Taylor Harris helped us purchase as our buyer’s agent. First of all, we could not be happier with our new house. It is just the perfect home for us, a dream come true. We love everything about our home and the area. Taylor worked extremely hard to help us find the right home and close on it. I cannot even count how many houses she showed us; it was a lot. During the house hunting process, she was available weekdays and weekends whenever we requested. She would take us out and show us as many homes as we asked to see. We were buying a home in the middle of a competitive seller’s market, so houses were going on and off market very quickly with multiple offers. This was stressful, but Taylor helped tremendously by being available whenever we asked to look at houses and she had incredibly fast and thorough communication with us. She was extremely professional, communicative and kind throughout the process. We really felt she had our best interest in mind at every step and listened to what we wanted throughout the process and worked hard to make it happen. Taylor is also a delightful person to be around and we ended up spending many hours together house shopping, so I think that is an important factor as well. While the process itself was stressful, she made it easier for us at every step. Taylor is a wonderful person and agent. I would not hesitate to recommend her to help you find your dream home.

The best out of area agent! Taylor was referred to me from a co-worker. I had interviewed with other local agents in my area and I was concerned about moving forward with Taylor, as I though that it would be better to work with an agent that was local to my area. However, Taylor proved to be the most professional agent that I met with. Although she was not local to my area, it did not matter, because she thoroughly educated herself about my city, and knew the proper way to make sure that the selling of my house would be successful. She was knowledgeable and gave me the most confidence in her abilities compared to everyone else that I met with. She followed through with what she said she would do, and sold our home fast with multiple offers. I will now recommend her to other family members and friends in other areas.

We found Taylor because of our friend's recommendation, and we were so pleased with all of her work. She also had so much knowledge, and a great sales record in the community. We are so happy that we chose her. Her professionalism was displayed from the first meeting we had with her. She came to our listing appointment prepared, with a detailed market analysis and reasonable proposals that were beyond what we had expected. She is very prompt with answering calls and text messages, and always shows up with a genuine smile on her face. She is extremely professional while also being personable, and she took time to understand our needs and is very considerate. Each time I contacted her, she was always available for questions and her knowledge was exceptional. Every step of the transaction she always had our best interest in mind, and made sure that our sale was successful. We would recommend Taylor for all future real estate transactions, and would gladly work with her again in the future.
