Taylor got us under contract for 3 different houses during the process. We ended up walking away from the first one due to inspection. The second we were content with until the third came available— a dream house for us all things considered. Despite breaking two contracts, Taylor was able to negotiate *full* closing costs payments in both of them. With the third house, he was able to negotiate partial closing costs paid for despite it being on the market for a single day.

Because we were able to be aggressive and put in the offer we needed to to secure our home, we were able to close in only 16 days.

Efficiency. Best word to describe an experience working with Taylor Jackson. Closed on our home in less 25 days. Found the perfect home through his guidance in less than 5 days. What made that possible? His deep bench of recommendations from lenders to inspection companies. If I had a question, there was a response within hours (sooner depending). Brent Gulledge is a fantastic realtor and friend. In 2020, he helped me purchase my first home, and now in 2022, he has helped me again find the right home in the right part of town! The housing market has been all over the place since 2020, but Brent has made it easy and clear on how to navigate the current conditions, and also end up with the perfect house, something that was a little harder to find for me. A newer house, close to work, lots of windows, and a bit of a European flair. In this competitive market, he went above and beyond the make sure that my offer was competitive, and helped me stand out from the rest of the offers. I was able to secure the right house at the right price with my first offer, something that I don't take for granted. Would not have been able to make such quick progress without his help, guidance, and his willingness to communicate often not only with me, but also the other listing agents to make sure I had my ducks in a row. Superb person, superb realtor!

Brent was our realtor and he was phenomenal. He first assessed what we were looking for in a house and what our timeframe looked like. He followed up with different types of houses that fit our needs. In this market moving as fast as it does, he was available to look at houses on very short notice, he was so flexible! Not only being great with meeting quickly, he was very knowledgeable on construction questions. Anytime we asked why something was a certain way, he was able to explain it and help us make sense of it. He was extremely kind and overall such a nice person. When it came to making an offer, he sat down with us and helped us talk through different strategies. He lets us know our options and where the market was at but didn’t pressure any decision. The contract was so user friendly with being electronic, and he had it ready within hours of us discussing our offer. When it came to communicating with the other party, he worked well past normal business hours (10pm at night) to help us secure the house. He continued to help us throughout the whole process with setting up appraisal, etc. Literally can’t say enough about how great he was and how he made this very stressful process so much easier! If you are in need of a realtor, look no more!

A culver was clogged at our new home before we purchased it and it nearly flooded.
