I still can't believe it. It's like I'm dreaming. Taylor sold my house for the amount of my remaining mortgage when multiple people looked at it and offered an amount way lower or lacked interest. My mistake was letting a family member rent it out. I needed to get rid of it and now I don't have a $1000 mortgage hanging over my wallet anymore thanks to one of the most professional, smart, and gifted salespersons ever. In addition, I called him a couple of times to provide additional information and he stayed on the phone while I chatted about some random sports team or something. I was amazed. I thank the Lord for sending the right person to answer a prayer I had been praying for sometime that I never thought would come true. Wow!!!! Taylor is the only person you should call!

Had our home on the market for almost 10 months. Had a lot of showings but no offers. We were ready to take it off the market when we got a call from Taylor. He came by to look at our home and could not understand why it did not sell. Eight days later our house had a contract and we went to settlement. Taylor was amazing! He made us feel at ease and gave us back our confidence that our house could be sold just the way it was. We highly recommend him.
