Taylor Welsh

Taylor double majored in Accounting and Real Estate with a minor in Spanish. These skills helped lead her into the world of commercial title insurance where she dealt with properties of all prices and sizes across the United States. After a little over two years, she made the decision to return to Baltimore to start her real estate career locally.


Back in Maryland, Taylor completed a marketing internship with Monument Sotheby’s International Realty where she learned the many facets of what sets our brokerage apart from the rest. She then got her real estate license to continue her path of success and joined the List Residential Group to work alongside her mom, Chevelle. Her real estate degree, knowledge of title insurance, and understanding of the market have made her a well-rounded agent.
