Taylor Whitton

Taylor grew up in Parker, Colorado and has been fortunate enough to witness the growth and change throughout the Denver-Metro area. Taylor was first introduced to her passion for real estate through a career in property management and apartment locating. As her rental clients began to transition into purchasing homes, she saw this as an opportunity to dive into the real estate market to better serve her clientele throughout all stages of their housing journey.

Clients relocating to or within the Denver area choose to work with Taylor because of her market expertise, negotiating skills, and her transparent nature that allows her to educate her clients throughout the process. She believes in the value of homeownership and strives to find every client their perfect home.

In addition to her consistent continued education, Taylor also sits on the Government Affairs Committee which keeps her in tune with political policies that could affect her clients. She is also Chair of the Young Professionals Committee within the Denver Metro Association of Realtors (DMAR).

In her free time, Taylor loves to enjoy the fresh air with her pup Flynn, hosting friends, and kayaking. In 2019, Taylor became an executive team member of a volunteer organization, Denver Serve, whose mission is to serve the community through volunteer work and support local organizations through events and fundraisers. Taylor strives to create a feeling of community in every social realm she can. It is her ability to make her clients feel both confident and comfortable that makes her such a knowledgeable and valuable guide throughout the home buying process.
