After trying to purchase a short sale for more than a year, with another realtor (complete and total nightmare!) We called Taylor Wolcott.......the best thing we could have done! He knocked it out of the park with everything! Keep in mind, we didn't have a lot to spend on a home. Taylor was helpful, HONEST and sent us countless homes to review. He was patient and understanding of my families needs and did I say HONEST?! Always available, as my fiancé and I have opposite work schedules he made time. Knowledgeable about the area's we were looking in and was genuinely concerned for the well being of my family. He is a no bull person and always professional. If / when I purchase a home I won't use anyone else but Taylor!

Taylor provided details when we were ready to list our house. In doing so we sold our home within 10 days of listing. He was right on target with pricing. When we were ready to purchase he knew exactly we were looking for. We trusted him to find our perfect home and we were not disappointed. We found our new home and relied on his knowledge regarding pricing. Our offer was accepted on the house we wanted and we will be able to move at the same time as our current house closes. We will definitely work with Taylor again when the time comes.

Highly likely to recommend 03/21/2017 - zuser20170113202814938 Bought a Single Family home in 2017 in Evansville, Burien, WA. My husband and I met Taylor when we wanted to look at a house we found on Zillow. We felt comfortable moving forward with Taylor because of how honest and upfront he was about how much work would need to go into that house. Even though it was not the home for us, he took the time to explain what would go into a house like that one. We were looking for a home in the Seattle area on a smaller budget as we were first time home buyers. Taylor was amazing at helping us find homes within our budget and within our neighborhood preference that would work with our soon to be growing family. He was always honest and upfront about the homes we viewed and gave the pros and cons to each, knowing what we were looking for. In the end we found a home that we love! Taylor was always prompt in getting back to us and took time to answer any and all questions we had about the home buying process. He was with us every step of the way, never making us feel pressured to buy something that wasn't the right fit for us or put in a higher bid than we were comfortable with. Throughout the whole process my husband and I knew we had Taylor on our side. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great, knowledge, friendly agent!
