My first meeting with Paul was in April 2013 when I decided to put my home on the market as a short sale. He was very professional and detail oriented to ensure I understood the process entirely and the documents I was signing to start the process. In a week I had a buyer!!!! I believe that Paul's knowledge of the market and connections in the market encouraged an early buyer. The short sale process with the bank was a tedious and frustrating 6 months process. In that time frame Paul checked in either by phone or email on any new information, so I was very pleased that he stayed in touch with me and also explained any questions I had about the banks delays in moving forward. Paul and his team worked daily in contacting the bank, forward any emails they received so that I was in the loop of the challenges they were facing. I did get involved toward the end of the deal to push a sense of urgency to the bank to get the deal closed. I was a lot more confident in dealing with the bank based on Paul and his team keeping me involved, so I was able to also be a part of the team to get the deal finalized. I will remember the night Paul called me and advised the negotiator at the bank accepted the buyers bid!!! I was so excited, and relived that the process was almost completed. Paul had a title company that was very easy to work with complete the documents and get them out to us to sign. Mary was very professional, called and introduced herself and let me know how to reach her if I had any question. Paul made every part of the process as easy as possible. In my time frame working with a realtor, I have never had such professional and personal attention. I would recommend Paul for any sale or purchase of a home. I know in the future when my husband and I are ready to buy our first home, Paul will be my realtor!

Paul did every thing he could to make things much easier. He guided us through the process and helped us fill out all of the paperwork. We had (4) large dogs which made it was difficult showing the property, but Paul and the other agents worked with us allowing us to move our dogs outside while potential buyers looked at our home and back inside so the could look at the yard and landscape. The property sold and the first mortgage was paid in full. There was a deficiency on the second and Paul helped us obtain a letter of forgiveness for the deficiency on the second mortgage. His market value estimate of our home was on the mark given number of showing and offers we received immediately after we listed the home. We interiewed three agents, which I would recommend, and Paul’s estimate was in the middle of the other two. The lower of the two agents did sell a home in our neighborhood during the time period within 8 days but if we went with that agent we would have sold our home for $15,000 dollars less - we went under contact in under 10 days. Paul will go the “extra mile” for his clients. * Paul reached out to his network of professionals and did research about what FHA inspection requirements so we could head off any delays. * When there was a delay with the buyer’s loan and he found out the mortagage broker and called them directly to get an unfilter status. This put our mind at ease, as there was some miscommications from the buyer’s agent. I would highly recommend Paul!
