About Ted

Ted Bray is a native of Nelson County and resides in Bardstown with his wife, Colleen, and their three children. He is an active member of the community volunteering as a coach for youth sports, was a volunteer firefighter, and donates his services as an auctioneer for charitable benefits. He has served as Director for the Old Kentucky Home Board of Realtors.

Ted started his career in real estate in 1999 as a sales associate for a franchise real estate company. He then moved to a locally owned real estate agency, and along the way, obtained multiple sales awards from both companies. In 2013, he obtained his Broker's License and opened up Kentucky Choice Realty, LLC. He obtained his Auctioneer's License in 1995, has worked in the auction field since that time, and is now co-owner of Bray Auction Services, LLC.
