Ted Breden is a Realtor Consultant who for over 3 decades has served his loyal base of friends and clients. Exceedingly early on in his real estate career, he recognized the need for education and training. He sought to be trained by the National Association of Realtors as well as other professional programs designed to care for and serve his deserving clients. Ted has earned the following designations: the Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) Senior Representative Specialist (SRES), and Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource (SFR). Today, Ted continues to grow in his experience and training.
