Ted is the only choice you should use for a realtor. He brings knowledge, expertise, accurate opinions, well equipped with recommendation, quick on action, and best of yet will treat you like family. I have known Ted for years and has assisted my siblings find their first home as well. Thank you Ted for being patient with me and respectful with my patience on my first condo in Clearwater!

Home buying can be a very stressful experience honestly but with Ted so far it’s actually a lot of fun! He is kind, attentive to detail, honest and absolutely hilarious! We spent all day looking at homes and I’m having the time of my life!

As I look back on my previous home buying experiences- they went well - but none so memorable and honestly stress free! I’ve had a few realtors over the years having lived in different states and some realtors can be overly dry and even kind of snobby - not this guy!

As far as local market knowledge he cannot be beat - I’ve only lived in the area a year so I needed someone who knew ALOT! And Ted definitely does.

After yesterday, I honestly can’t even imagine doing business with another realtor. My home sale and purchases will always be with Ted! Thank you Ted for your tireless searching and effort to help me find the PERFECT home!
