Ted Jensen

An Alaskan resident since 1992, Mr. Jensen graduated from the University of Alaska Anchorage with Bachelor of Arts degrees in both Economics and Criminal Justice in 1995. He began his appraisal career in 1995 with Kincaid & Riely LLC and subsequently worked as an appraiser with the Municipality of Anchorage’s assessor’s office and Howard & Wing. In 2009, he joined Reliant LLC as a managing member. Mr. Jensen has an extensive background in commercial real estate appraisal and consulting. Ted is a certified general real estate appraiser in the State of Alaska. He is one of 5,900 individuals worldwide that has earned the Appraisal Institute’s prestigious MAI professional designation (Member No. 396734)–only 5% of commercial real estate analysts achieve this designation. Ted enjoys spending time with his family and friends, is active in the local community, and enjoys the Alaska outdoors.
