Ted Schaffer

Ted Schaffer has been a licensed real estate broker for over 45 years and specializes in commercial and industrial investment, leasing and development transactions. As an experienced developer he has been involved in site acquisitions, planning and constructing large scale office and industrial projects. In addition, Ted has experience in operating and managing commercial properties.

During his 15 years as an officer and director of The FIP Corporation Ted managed a portfolio of 2,000 acres of industrial park property and taken the leadership role in the development of over 2,000,000 sq.ft of development.

As a lifelong resident of the New Haven area Ted has been active in numerous organizations as a volunteer providing his expertise in business and facilities management helping organizations such as Tower One Tower East (Board Chair), The Connecticut Tennis and Baseball Foundations (Director), The New Haven Lawn Club (President), The New Haven Country Club (President) and Albertus Magnus College (Trustee).
