Ted Tomas

Ted Tomas has been a licensed, full time real estate agent since 1970, and was Broker/President of his own real estate company from 1971 through 1989. He is a member of the Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society. He is also a member of the Pinellas Realtor Organization, Florida Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. He takes immense pride in his high percentage of repeat customers and referrals from former clients, because a referral is the highest compliment a realtor can receive! Ted was born in Portugal (fluent in Portuguese), spent his teenage and early adult years in Massachusetts, and after completing his tour of duty in the United States Army, moved to Florida in 1969. He cannot imagine living anywhere other than sunny St Petersburg! Everything you need is right here, except the snow! Throughout the years he has been a member & Past President of the Portuguese American Suncoast Association, the St Petersburg Lions Club, and a member of the Knights of Columbus. He has been involved in community projects, auctions, and fund raisers, serving as an auctioneer, and cooking meals to raise money for worthy causes. He always enjoys making new friends and keeping in touch with old ones!
