As the CEO of Impact Realty Professionals, I am honored to lead a faith-driven real estate group powered by the Jason Mitchell Group—ranked #1 in the nation for both transactions and volume in 2024 by REAL Trends. This partnership allows us to serve our clients at the highest level, leveraging world-class systems, resources, and national reach—all while staying rooted in our purpose to honor God through excellence and service.
Before founding Impact Realty Professionals, I was a top-producing agent with Keller Williams and later served as the Regional Director for Virginia, Maryland, and D.C., leading one of the company’s largest expansion teams. Over the past five years, I’ve had the privilege of coaching agents locally and nationally; helping them grow their businesses without losing sight of their calling.
Today, my focus is on serving Hampton Roads and Coastal Virginia, where we’re building a team of passionate professionals committed to glorifying God, empowering others, and putting our community first—through real estate and beyond.
I also own Commonwealth Home Construction, a Class A Construction Company specializing in commercial buildouts, renovations, additions, and the building of new residential homes. This combined expertise allows me to bring a unique, well-rounded perspective and unmatched value to the clients we serve.
Outside of business, I’m a proud husband to an amazing wife and a father to wonderful daughters—roles that continually inspire and ground me. A former college football player at the University of Maryland, I’ve spent over a decade coaching high school football and actively partner with Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) to mentor and encourage young athletes in their faith and future.
