Ted Wilhite

Ted grew up as a “military brat” in an Air Force family that moved around the world while his father advanced from First Sergeant to Lt. Colonel over a 30 year career. Ted’s family first moved to Florida in 1944, and he returned twenty-seven years later with his own family. Ted brings over 50 years of experience helping others acquire or sell real estate. He obtained a real estate license when he was 21 years old, served as a real estate broker in Georgia, trained as a real estate appraiser and was licensed as a mortgage broker. He was named “Realtor of the Year” in Georgia before returning to Tampa. He has worked in mortgage and commercial banking and has been a developer and builder in residential, multi-family and commercial real estate.
