Teddy Beaullieu

Teddy Beaullieu joined Beau Box Commercial Real Estate on January 1, 2020, following fifteen years of service as Development Director as well as Director of Operations for the largest residential & mixed use developer in the state of Louisiana, Southern Lifestyle Development. It was Teddy’s passion for mixed use development that initially drew him to real estate. He was a vital part of the success of The Village of River Ranch located in Lafayette, LA as well as Sugar Mill Pond located in Youngsville, LA. During his time with Southern Lifestyle Development, Teddy was involved in planning & design, contract & lease negotiations, builder relations, event planning, homeowner’s associations & project management. After years of focusing on a variety of development related tasks, Teddy made the decision to focus on his one true passion which is commercial real estate. Born and raised in Lafayette, LA, Teddy has called Acadiana home for 42 years. He currently resides with his beautiful wife Jill and two beautiful children, Isabelle and Hayes, in Youngsville, LA.
