We would highly recommend Teddy Lim for your real estate needs. He is extremely knowledgeable and up to date on what people are looking for in their new home.
He did an excellent job to assist with any questions we had. Such as sharing his thoughts for things like repairs, window cleaning and even moving.
After signing up with Teddy we had several offer’s within the first week and a half. Additionally our house sold for over the asking price.
From signing to closing, the process was very smooth and efficient. We were kept informed of every step of the progress along the way.
I would encourage anybody looking to buy or a sell a house to check with Teddy first. He is very dedicated to keep your best interests in mind.

For more than a decade, my family listed and delisted my grandmother's house. We just could not get it sold for the amount we felt it was worth. As the years went by, I realized we were losing money and time. None of us were from Seattle and we'd already moved my grandmother to live with us two states away. I was halfway around the world and remembered seeing Teddy Lim's consistent posts. It was a longshot, but I called him.

Teddy went to my grandmother's house, took as many pictures as he could from the outside, and ran comps. It was a special situation because my grandmother owned an adjacent lot. Years of remodeling resulted in one of her properties encroaching on the other. The house was in severe extreme disrepair, and nobody had the time and resources to fix it. I flew in from Asia, had the house cleared out in one day, and then all I had to do was hand Teddy the keys.

Mr. Lim devised a plan for both properties that made sense. One week after listing, we had a handful of offers to choose from. Days after that, wire transfers came in. I am glad that I chose Teddy Lim to help my 97-year-old grandmother. His hard work took the load off my own mother too. He is a trustworthy professional, he knows the market, and he does exactly what he says he will do.

Teddy Lim has to be the best, humble and understanding realtor in Washington state! The house he helped sell in Columbia city was fast and quick. We had a goal to sell it within a week. I got to meet Teddy Lim on a chance encounter during lunch with a friend more than a year ago. At that time I was not on the market to purchase a house but I knew that likely a year down the line that I would.

When apartment living ran its course, my family and I went to Teddy, and only Teddy, to help us with our recent house purchase. Because of this brief encounter and what others told be about his professionalism and trustworthiness made the decision easy.

Our family have had the pleasure of getting Teddy Lim as our agent when our eldest son decided to become independent and start shopping for his first home.

From the get go, Teddy was very enthusiastic and explained all the benefits of being a home owner. Sometimes, it takes another person another than the parents to explain all the benefits and have a young individual to take it at face value.

From tax advantages, future value of investment as well as the satisfaction of knowing that every cent you pay goes right back to you and more, in equity. This positive reinforcement was just the first step.

The next step was providing options. Every single day, for almost a year, Teddy was patiently sending us leads to new listings. At times, I felt bad for him for giving us all these leads for my son to view, approve and my wife can agree as well. Oftentimes, the 2 cannot connect because of budget, location, as well as that distinct charm they were trying to find. Teddy was receptive to every reason. He has adjusted our target areas so many times and remained positive despite the difficulty I sensed between my wife snd son. “Momma knows best” is a common quote I’d hear. Well, Teddy knows that as well. Everyone has to be happy no matter what.

In the end, this quaint house on 1205 Ryan came to us and Teddy was on iwithin the hour it was listed. 5 hours later, with Teddy’s persistence, convinced the listing agent to consider us and voila! Financing should start. Teddy sources us the best financing as well! It was the best in every sense. Guided us on requirements, responses were given each time we sent them what they need and never was there a loss of a flow so it went on smoothly and quickly ans before you know it, we were closing and getting the keys!

We highly recommend Teddy and cannot spell it out enough. We have cousins that ended up taking Teddy as well and are now happy homeowners as well!

Reliability, resourcefulness, patience, availability, responsiveness, and he goes beyond the sale. He still refers his contacts for us even for our own home, up to the refinancing to make our older investment even better!
