I am so happy Teddy was recommended to me, and I could not recommend him enough! From the beginning, I told Teddy I had no idea what I was doing, and he stepped right up to do what was best for me. He truly cares for his client's best interests. I know I did not make it easy being out of the country for most of my time working with Teddy, yet he never made me feel like a burden. My family and I were in a situation where we needed to move fast and Teddy delivered. He said the very first day (we saw 10 homes) that he would have us to settlement in one month, and he wasn't kidding!

Teddy is very direct, professional, knowledgeable, communicative, personable, funny and so helpful. He set us up immediately with a loan officer, a daily search on Bright MLS & made himself available later in the evenings (after our kids would get to sleep) for questions during the initial home search phase.

He would text us with updates almost daily once we put an offer in...plus kept up with the sellers / seller agent very closely so we would have any/all updates needed. I truly feel our buying experience was the smoothest it could have gone due to Teddy's persistence and expertise. It was seamless; everything was done electronically (paperwork, settlement docs, even our earnest money deposit!) which made it so helpful for us.

We used Teddy to buy our new home and then to sell our previous home. In the buying process, we found him to be patient and very responsive when we wanted to see a place that came on the market. Once we found our great home, Teddy walked us through the process to ensure it went very smoothly and there were no surprises.

When it came to selling, Teddy really excelled. He coordinated everything we needed to do ahead of putting it on the market - painting, repairs, deep cleaning and staging. He coordinated it all. He helped us find a good list price the place well for our market and produced some wonderful marketing materials and hosted a weekend of open houses. We had several offers within days and a contract in place quickly for a lot more than I thought possible. Then he ensured that everything went smoothly through to the closing. Teddy is such an amazing realtor to work with! I am so happy that I chose him, as he guided me through each step of the homebuyer process. He made homeownership achievable and possible. At the beginning of the process, I was a little scatter brained when it came to what I was looking for and where I wanted my new home to be. But, with Teddy's expertise in the DC real estate market, many viewings and an understanding of my tastes/lifestyle, I was able to find an amazing condo in the heart of DuPont Circle that was within my financial means.

Teddy has made me a true believer that things happen for a reason. I made three-four offers prior to the home I have now, and was super bummed when each offer lost. As I was getting anxious about lost offers, Teddy suggested I give one listing a chance. I am so glad I did! Teddy's keen eye caught the listing that is now my new home.

As a DC HPAP recipient, I was super scared that I was not going to find anything, given my income limitations and the added HPAP contingencies. But, Teddy's patience, attention to detail and savviness during the home search helped my offers stay competitive as it could be in a hot market.

Once my offer was accepted, Teddy made sure that we completed all the HPAP contingencies and paperwork to ensure nothing fell through the cracks. I must add, he saved my offer from falling through! At one point, the seller was frustrated at a contingency in my offer and wanted to walk away. But Teddy, being the experienced and quick-thinker that he is, stayed calm and relayed to the seller's agent that the same contingency would be asked if and when another buyer were to put down an offer. The seller rationally agreed, the process continued, and the contingency was eventually met. Bravo, Teddy!

Teddy is a real team player. He was super responsive not only to me, but was super cohesive with my mortgage lender, the seller's team and the settlement agency. The communication and paperwork coordination went so smoothly, that we closed on-time!

Honestly, Teddy is the agent to choose if you are looking to purchase a new home in DC.

My property presented just about every kind of challenge you could imagine. It was a condo trying to be sold during a pandemic, without parking, and during a market-wide slowdown. As a first time home buyer, Teddy taught me every step of the home buying process and helped me become comfortable and confident in selecting my home. Being totally new to the process, I had a hard time figuring out what type of home I wanted and where I wanted to live. Teddy asked the right questions to help me clarify what I valued and needed. Teddy is absolutely phenomenal. The market in Northern Virginia seems to be a lot tougher this year with the growth and development of several corporations/institutions in the area. I can't adequately describe how impactful working with Teddy was to me and my husband. He canceled his personal plans (while he was already out of town) to show us the house we wanted to purchase and got our offer in immediately. His quick and consistent communication with the seller's agent and his impeccable attention to detail is why we have our home (which had 4 other competing offers!). Teddy Rojanadit went above and beyond to help me sell my home and buy a new one during a global crisis/pandemic and during one of the toughest/hottest DMV housing markets in history. I was so nervous/anxious to begin this process but Teddy was there for me through the 6 months it took to sell my previous home and throughout the arduous journey of 9 offers to purchase my new home. I have never seen a market like this, but sometimes we would be up against 12 other offers or the sale would go 75k over asking.
