Hello and thank you for visiting my website and taking the time to get to know a little about me and how I can be of service to you as you explore your options in Real Estate.I am a native of Walton County and my family on both sides have been in the Walton and Okaloosa County area for over 100 years. After graduating from Walton High I went on to serve 4 years in the United Sates Air Force and then had an amazing 22 year career with the San Antonio Police Department. I then spent 3 years working for a Wall Street Investment firm leading their effort in marketing to Public Pension Fund Clients.Darlene and I were able to move back home in 2010 and I began my career in Real Estate. I truly a pleasure assisting clients achieve their goals in both residential and commercial Real Estate. While wit the SAPD, I was elected 5 consecutive times and served 12 years on the Board of Trustees of the Fire and Po lice Pension Fund where we had responsibility for over $2 Billion in assets and providing benefits to 5000 Firefighters and Police Officers and their families. I also was elected and served 2 terms as President of the San Antonio Police Officers Association representing the 2000 police officers in San Antonio. My background as a Police Officer and service as Association President and Pension Fund Trustee enabled me to develop and gain extensive experience in negotiating and problem solving. As Association President I lead our negotiating team in negotiating a collective bargaining agreement valued at over $30 Million over three years. As a trustee I chaired the legislative committee for 7 years and lead the development of 4 separate legislative packages which were overwhelmingly supported and passed the San Antonio City Council and the Texas Legislature. My goal as your Realtor is to bring all of that experience in negotiating and problem solving to work for you in helping you achieve your goal of buying or selling your home or property. I have developed my business based on a commitment to providing the most professional and dedicated service to my clients and assisting them in achieving the Real Estate Dreams.On the personal side, Darlene and I have been married since 1984 and have 3 beautiful daughters and 5 incredible grandchildren. We continue to be amazed at how blessed we are to have the family we have and live in the most beautiful place in the world.
