Teena Alders

Teena Alders is a native Texan. She has lived in the DFW area her entire life. She currently has been residing in Colleyville for over 22 years. She joined Keller Williams Realty, Southlake in 2016. Her passion for her client’s real estate needs is apparent in everything she does. Her industry knowledge helps her educate sellers, buyers, and investors. Since Teena has been in the area her entire life, she is a local expert.

Teena implemented The Alders Team in 2019, which consists of her husband, Tim, of 39 years, and her daughter Amanda Steger. She also trained in the Home for Heroes program and the Home Sweet Home Texas program. These programs offer special down payment assistance for those who qualify. The Homes for Heroes serves the military, firemen, policemen, EMS and teachers. The Home Sweet Home Texas serves the first-time home buyer in Texas.
