Teia Wilson-Davis is a native of Nashville, Tennessee. Teia grew up in The Heart of East, known now as Historic East Nashville. Shortly after going through the homebuyer process, Teia understood how rewarding the process for selling or buying a home is for both parties involved. Teia pursued her education in Real-Estate and received her license. She currently works as a Realtor at Historic & Distinctive Homes where she holds the designation as a Senior Real Estate Specialist, SRES this designation gives her the knowledge and expertise to guide homebuyers and sellers over the age of 50 through major financial and lifestyle transitions.
