Teo helped us 11 years ago when we were in Miami looking for an investment opportunity. He was really professional, had a great knowledge for the industry and for the local real estate market; he was patient and never pushed us and finally we bought a great condo in downtown Miami.
When we decided to sell it end of last year, never doubted Teo would be our realtor. He did such a great job marketing the condo and get the job done in less than 3 months. The condo was sold in FULL PRICE!

This month mark my 1st year anniversary since I joined Elite Ocean View Realty. After obtaining your license as a Realtor one of the first and biggest decisions is always “what brokerage am I going to join?” Well when Teo reached out to me via email and I decided to join his zoom introductory meeting that was the first and best decision I made as a Realtor. Teo is patient, he listens, he is kind and he is devoted and dedicated to his business and his agents. There has not been a time when I have or had a question and he didn’t answer. He is always ready to assist us and has dedicated a lot of time and resources to our training. I’m thankful and grateful for my broker and being part of his brokerage and seeing the team thriving keeps me motivated on great things to come. Thank you Teo!

We chose Teo Palmieri to sell our Miami Beach Condo & we feel very lucky that we did. He is a Pro, very knowledgeable, a hard worker & also very caring. He took off running & didn’t waste a single day. A few days after we hired him he already had managed to have the unit professionally photographed, to include a great video, sent out a property brochure through mail & listed our unit in the MLS. After showing the unit on the very first weekend, we already received a couple of offers & one of them followed through to become the buyers. We also really liked that he didn’t slap a lockbox for anyone to go into our fully furnished unit. He only showed our unit by appointment only, where he personally showed it & also had his lovely wife help out. They never seemed too busy to help out when needed & always got the job done asap!

We had an overall Great Experience & are very grateful! We will call him again when we need the service of a Great Realtor!!

I recently had the good fortune to have Teo Palmieri as my seller’s agent for my property in Miami Beach. Unlike many other brokers and agents who offered vague promises of finding buyers, putting the property on the MLS, and other elaborate marketing plans and proposals, Teo actually delivered and backed up his words with real results and quickly found several qualified buyers.

Teo is extremely knowledgeable about the local market and can easily recite current listings, recent sales and comps off the top of his head. He is very confident in what he does and that confidence and positive attitude enables him to build a sense of trust that is very reassuring.

Once the property was under contract, Teo facilitated prompt and responsive communication between me, the buyer’s broker, the title company, and the HOA management company, and kept everyone informed and in the loop about what was going on at each stage of the transaction.

Teo is very open and personable, responsive, and fully engaged in the process from the initial visit to the final closing. A top-notch realtor who I am happy to recommend.

They say death and moving are the most traumatic experiences in life. Having bought and sold several properties in my lifetime, I know firsthand how stressful selling a property can be. When it came time to sell our second home in Miami Beach, I sought a realtor who was not just competent, but experienced and successful in all aspects of home sales. I found that realtor in Teo Palmieri. From our initial meeting, Teo had researched the market value and other aspects of selling our property, and quickly listed it on MLS and several on-line sites. He was always enthusiastic about our home, and spent a great deal of time with potential buyers explaining the property's value and how each party could tailor the house and outdoor space to their needs. Teo never put a lock box on the door to allow other realtors/clients access to the house without him or one of his associates - an important aspect to me and my family since we were not physically at the house for long periods of time. He always kept me informed about potential buyers, inspections, negotiations, etc and quickly responded to my queries. I think Teo is one of the best realtors I have ever encountered and highly recommend him and his team to anyone seeking to sell or purchase property in the Miami area.

Great customer service ! They are very attentive with any questions you may have . Teo which is the broker is definately an amazing person who provides all the training needed for agents to be able to help out clients.
