W got to see may houses and had lots to chose from in your search. She didn't insist on us going above our budget and this has happened to me in the past.

I purchased my retirement home with Terah's help and couldn’t be happier with the job she did. Throughout the entire process she was professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. She exercised patience and worked with me while trying to view homes in GA but residing out of state. Terah took my lack of real estate knowledge in stride and answered (honestly and candidly) every question I could come up with. I quickly came to trust her instincts! She was always available when I would send her messages, and more than once we toured potential homes less than a day from when I first saw the listing. In such a competitive market as Atlanta, this kind of availability was crucial. Once I was ready to make an offer, Terah was invaluable in helping me prepare and schedule inspections. She kept in constant communication with the sellers and provided critical advice on improving my offer in the last few hours that ended up sealing the deal. Without her help, I would not be currently living in my dream house.

As a first time buyer Mrs.Burnett helped me and my wife find the perfect home to raise our newborn son in for a great price. we originally had multiple agents helping us that seamed readily available or uninterested in working with us due to our original ballpark price range and timing but mrs. Burnett and team were great and made the process smooth.
