Teran Peterson from Real Brokers was a pleasure to work with. She was recommended to us from a trusted friend and She did not disappoint. She guided us through the whole buying process and made it as seamless as it could be. She a good eye and ear for what her clients need and want.. She moderated our emotions and answered every question wr had and answered stuff we didn't know we needed to know. We will recommend her to everyone we know selling or buying a new home!!! I have no reservations about doing so either. Good person. Good friend. Great human. Thanks Teran for taking care of us! It is so appreciated! We will do this again in about 6 months! 😁

Teran was nothing but exceptional. She was there for us every step of our home buying process, and it was quite the journey, too!

She was so knowledgeable and extremely responsive, even if I texted her late at night, (oops!). I had a TON of questions going into this, but she always answered them while explaining the process before I even had a chance to ask. She always informed us of our next steps before we actually made them so we had a chance to prepare. She would point out certain things in houses that could be of concern -which helped us in our decision making.

Teran made offers incredibly FAST! It made a huge difference in this market and getting us an accepted offer. She worked side by side with my lender and my lender appreciated how thorough she was.

Though the end days of our contract were stressful, Teran kept in touch every day until it was time to sign. We were so thankful that Teran advocated for us from the second we met her, all the way to the closing table. We’ll recommend her to everyone we know, and will absolutely use her again when selling!

I’ve known Teran for years and it was a no brainer after she helped us purchase our first home a few years ago, that we would work with her again. Our selling situation got a little messy, but she worked diligently to get things resolved as quickly as possible. She helped us along the process of building and buying our dream home and was very responsive. We were never left hanging. If she hadn’t just gotten us into our “forever home” I’d work with her time and time again. But to me, that is a sign of a job well done.

Working with Teran as a first time homebuyer was an amazing experience. Teran was the first person I reached out to for questions about the process when I got frustrated looking for rentals, and stayed my main resource throughout. She was my level head when I was overwhelmed and the assertiveness I needed to finally get me a house! She never ceased to pull out new ideas in a very tough market for buyers.
