Teresa Barnes

Tracey is proud of her heritage as a North Carolina “Tar Heel” but spending the last 32+ years of her life in Tennessee, she also considers herself a Tennessean! Obtaining her Affiliate Broker license in 1994, Tracey began her real estate career promoting Fairfield Glade to out-of-state future retirees. In 2002 she obtained her Broker's license and brokered a new real estate company that quickly became one of the top producing offices in Cumberland County! In 2012, Tracey opened a real estate company for Uplands Village, a LifePlan community in Cumberland County, developing their marketing to 38 states! Today she is proud to Broker her very own company, Atlas Real Estate, located right where she started her career and serving all of Cumberland County and the Plateau!
She holds designations as SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist), GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative) and certifications in e-Pro. She has three wonderful children that keep her busy but in her spare time enjoys the service of being a Crossville Rotarian, Board/Sponsor supporting the Cumberland County Playhouse. and Chairing the Sports Authority for Crossville.
