I have known Teresa for many years but had not had reason to deal with her professionally until a few months back. My mother's health situation had changed and the family needed to sell her place and get her relocated. To complicate matters, there were four siblings involved in the sale, two of which lived out of state. Teresa did an awesome job of keeping us all connected and informed, of helping us to set an asking price that was both fair and attractive and finally, she gave us good advice when time came to accept an offer. I was impressed by Teresa's interest in the family and in the difficulty of making this transition for mom. Though our need was to sell rather quickly, Teresa made it feel smooth and kept us from feeling rushed to make a decision. Lots of agents know the technical details of selling property. But not all know how to help people in transition. Teresa did a fantastic job! If I have need of selling or buying a house in the future, I will definitely use Teresa Bishop again.
