About Teresa

Born and raised in the suburbs of Atlanta, Georgia, I know the true meaning of "Southern Hospitality". I love meeting new people and making new friends. My passion for real estate started in 2003 when I took a road trip to Palm Coast Florida with friends and fell completely in love with the area. Shortly thereafter I purchased properties in all areas of Palm Coast and ultimately built a home making it my full-time residence. With a background in the Insurance Industry and Stock Market Investing, I strive to learn as much as possible about the Real Estate Industry. In 2016, I became a Member of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing (ILHM) and then received my designation as a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) in 2017. In 2019, I received the GUILD designation for proven performance in the Million Dollar and above market. I also have my Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation and am currently working on my Graduate of Realtors Institute (GRI). Going above and beyond to Connect Dreams to Homes!
