Teresa Cogovan truly goes ABOVE and BEYOND for her clients. She worked tirelessly for us to find us a property, and sell the one we had. She returned all calls, researched every detail, and treated us like family.
We knew she really was invested in getting us a home that we wanted to make memories in. That's what she does. She doesn't sell houses. She sells "homes".
We were in the driveway of a home we put an offer on, and she was with us. My husband and I wanted to speak privately, so she walked away to answer her phone. She had two calls. When she got off the phone, the sell of our house just went through AND our offer was accepted in the same few minutes.
She gets results. She's professional. We will use her again, and we highly recommend her.

What can i say about Teresa Cogovan? She is a blessing to my family she helped us buy our first home in arkansas and she made the experience so easy, she is kind with a heart of gold and went above and beyond for us. Matter of fact she is still available to us for any questions and we bought our house in jan 2022, which isnt even her job! She really is a proffesional too and knows her stuff. I definately reccomend Teresa for all your real estate needs.

Teresa was great. She was very proactive, available, and a pleasure to work with. We were to find the perfect home beside she was so quick to update us and respond back to new listings and things that hadn’t event been put on the market yet. During the time we bought our home it was nearly impossible to get an offer accepted Teresa was patient, kind, caring and definitely understanding when I would have doubt.
Before I knew it she became my friend, she is definitely a realtor that you want on your side. I will be reaching out to her soon to help us buy another home. She made us feel welcomed with our move from South Carolina to Arkansas. She is definitely one of the best!

Great realtor and a beautiful person inside and out. Teresa helped me buy my first home. She a hard worker and answered all my question. She has a "can do it" attitude. When i buy another home, I will be using Teresa again.
