Teresa was referred to us by our neighbor and we were lucky to work with her to sell our home in Milwaukie, OR. We had a bumpy sale thanks to the other realtor not communicating in a timely manner, however she was able to help us work through the issues and deal with our stress emotions without judgement. Teresa communicated well, had great marketing material for our home, and held many open houses - one was even a wine and cheese night! She went above and beyond by stopping by the house a couple times a week to keep the flowers watered after we left town, which I thought was nice for the new owners. She also sent us a quality and practical closing gift which was a nice surprise 💕 You can't go wrong chosing Teresa for your Realtor!
