Teresa Kennedy

Teresa is a Charleston native, she grew up with her 4 brothers in the tomato fields and pluff mud of Johns Island.
She married her high school sweetheart and they have lived on Folly Beach for 47 years. She was licensed in the 1970's had a change of priorities and decided to be a stay at home mom. That was short lived and she started working at her daughter's school as a bus driver and girl Friday, filling in in what ever position there was a need for. After her daughters graduated and headed off in their own careers of nursing, she came back to real estate and has been back for almost 20 years. She is a grandmother of 2.
Teresa loves the real estate business. She loves to help her clients find their homes, and is with them every step of the process. "I don't sell homes,"she says, "I match homes and owners."
She is a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute, GRI, and has the designations of ABR, Accredited Buyer Representative, SRES, Senior Real Estate Specialist. "My clients are like my family, I cherish their friendships. I am dedicated to the relationship and work hard at keeping my clients for life."
